In Kropfmühl, graphite is mined underground and refined in modern grinding and purification plants. In addition, ready-mixed lubricants in powder form and dispersions are produced. The Kropfmühl site is also home to the group's research and development center.

The vein graphite ore has a unique structure with a high graphite content of up to 99%. This ore is processed on-site for the international market through screening, milling, and the production of graphite dispersions for the Indian and Asian markets.
