On-site inspections
In accordance with Section 16 of the 12th Federal Immission Control Ordinance (Major Accident Ordinance), the last on-site inspection by the supervisory authority took place on November 24, 2025.
Operation: above-ground processing plant of the graphite mine.
Company: Graphit Kropfmühl GmbH.
Operating area: hydrofluoric acid storage facility (including pipeline system).
The next on-site inspection in accordance with Section 16 of the 12th Federal Immission Control Ordinance (Major Accident Ordinance) by the supervisory authority will take place in Q4/2026. [Link
