The purpose of processing this data is to coordinate appointments for guided tours and events at the visitor mine. In addition to telephone inquiries, reservation requests can be submitted online.
Storage duration
The data collected for the reservation request will be deleted when it is no longer required for the execution of the contract. Even after the contract has been concluded, it may be necessary to store the contracting party's personal data in order to comply with contractual or legal obligations.
Opportunity to object and have the matter rectified
